Email scanlystudio.support@proton.me and a person will answer. Please say which phone you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong. It usually saves a round trip.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they are cancelled on your phone rather than in the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ramadan Kalender → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ramadan Kalender → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out.
Where a plan includes a free trial, its length and the price charged afterwards are shown on the plan screen before you confirm. Free trials are offered on iPhone, once per App Store account. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged. Apple reminds you before the trial converts.
Tap Restore on the plan screen. That asks the App Store or Google Play for purchases made with the Apple Account or Google Account currently signed in on the device, so if you bought it on a different account, sign into that one first. If Restore still finds nothing, email us with the receipt Apple or Google sent you and we will sort it out.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account you bought with. On Android, request one in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history. We cannot issue a refund on the store's behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway: it is how the app gets better.
Your history lives only on the phone you entered it on. There is no account or cloud copy on our side, so it travels with a normal iPhone backup and restore (iCloud or computer), not through the app.
Your entries are stored on your phone and nowhere else, so deleting the app deletes them. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
